I am so grateful for all the help and work that was done by Casa Utopia Builders. I had a major water damage in my house in San Jose due to old water heater and because of that, half of my house had to be renovated. I hired Casa Utopia Builders to do a build-back after restoration company completed their scope of work. Casa Utopia Builders renovated my entire kitchen, living/family area, half bathroom, entry and the garage. I was very stressed out since it was the first time in my life that I had a big water damage and had to renovate half of my house, but Elior, the owner and the Project Manager, made the whole process easy for me. They have a lot of good ideas when it comes to design and helped me with choosing finishing materials like tiles, countertops etc. They're using special construction software called "Job Progress", so I was able to see the work progress, job schedule and my payments. I'm planning to do ADU in the back of my house in the future and I will definitely hire them again!

Over a year ago we bought a house that was fully renovated and designed by casa Utopia Builders. I love the way my house looks. My wife and I have been looking for a new house to buy for some time now, so when we saw this one, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. The architecture is very modern and contemporary; the layout of the rooms are great; there's plenty of storage space in every room as well as in hallways and closets; they're all really spacious too! We had an open concept kitchen with a wall that separated us from our living room. It gave us a lot more privacy than having an entire wall separating our two rooms would've done since we could see each other through that glass window pane but still be on different sides of the same room (which can get annoying). Casa Utopia Builders did an excellent job and made our house a HOME!

Here’s how the whole process works in 6 simple steps
Initial Home Visit
During this phase, our project director visits your home to discuss design ideas, desires, and needs to ensure that both parties in line with the same vision before project proposal preparation.
Proposal Revision & Approval
Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, a meeting with the Casa Utopia project team is set up at our design center to execute the agreement and discuss next steps.
Design Plan Revision
Once we finalize the first draft of the design plans and 3D renderings, we meet to showcase the finished product, as well as the selection of materials that will be used.
Construction Commences
Once the materials are selected and delivered to your home, construction begins. Rest assured, debris containers will be set, the construction area will be protected from damage before we begin, and the area will be cleaned daily.
Project Management and Communication Process
We ensure a transparent reporting process. We take the lead in coordinating the implementation and setting up a communication method that works best for you. Our PM will work closely with you to establish a personalized communication plan. Whether it’s through a personal group, weekly reports, or other methods, you will always be in the loop and updated on the progress of your

Once the project is completed, we will schedule a walk-through to observe all final renovations.
