With a specialty in the custom home and remodeling industry, Elior expanded his knowledge and experience by integrating architectural designs and layouts into his work. Gosia who was born and raised in Poland and started her career in construction seven years ago after her arrival to the US where she became a property manager in a highly sought-after area of San Francisco.
Through her years of property management, she has amassed a deep knowledge of construction processes, standards, principles, property management and resident services.
Her work has given her continuous exposure and opportunities to work alongside general contractors, real estate agents and property managers.
She is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support, her presence at Casa Utopia is an asset as she ensures the team is meeting client expectations in a timely and orderly manner.
Our project director meets you at your home to discuss design ideas and needs, and ensures alignment with your vision before proposing the project plan.
Upon proposal approval, we will schedule a meeting with our expert designers to finalize the agreement and plan the next steps.
After completing the initial design plans and 3D renderings, we set up a meeting with you to discuss the final product, go through the material selection, and get your approval.
Construction begins once materials are delivered. We’ll set the debris containers, protect the area from damage, and clean it daily during the process.
You will work with our PM to establish a plan that works for you. This way you will always be updated on project progress.
Once the project is completed, we will schedule a walk-through to observe all final renovations.
